Who operates this website
Durham HVAC Connect is operated by LeadEarn. Durham HVAC Connect is a connection service that helps people in Durham Region get connected with independent HVAC professionals. It is not an HVAC contractor.
Information we collect
This website does not collect customer information through online forms. We do not ask you to submit your name, phone number, email address, or property details through this site.
When you call the phone number shown on this website, your call is connected with an independent HVAC professional. Information you choose to share during that call is provided directly to the HVAC professional, not to this website.
How we use information
The website may log basic, non-identifying usage information such as the pages you visit, which helps us understand how the site is used and keep it working properly.
We do not collect or store customer contact details through this website.
Calls and HVAC professionals
Calls to the number on this website connect you with an independent HVAC professional. The professional is an independent third party, not an employee of or technician for LeadEarn or Durham HVAC Connect. Any information you share during the call is between you and that professional.
We do not claim that HVAC professionals are licensed, insured, certified, background checked, or otherwise verified unless expressly stated for a particular program.
Data retention
Because this website does not collect customer information through forms, we do not retain customer request data. Any information you share with an HVAC professional during a call is handled according to that professional's own practices.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the website and any limited technical information it handles from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
Your choices
You may contact us with questions about this policy by emailing our site administrators. If you shared information with an HVAC professional during a call, you may also contact that professional directly about their handling of your information.
Cookies and tracking
The application can forward basic event data (such as page views or calls) to analytics or advertising tools when those tools are configured for the site. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. We do not enable analytics identifiers in the application until the relevant properties are configured.
